Berk Özdem
Founder, Director & Creative LeadBerk began his career developing brand visibility strategies at Philip Morris SA, before leading marketing and creative strategy for major projects like GoTürkiye, Sight and Sound Sessions, Al Jazeera and the Atatürk Culture Center (AKM). With over 15 years of experience in branding, storytelling, and digital content, he brings both vision and execution to every Mirage production.
He co-founded Mirage with his partner and wrote the feature-length sci-fi script that anchors the Mirage universe.
As the concept designer and creative director behind all Mirage projects, he leads the development of each story — overseeing visual aesthetics, worldbuilding, and direction across mediums.
Since founding Mirage, he has shaped its evolution into a multidisciplinary studio blending electronic music, cinematic storytelling, and immersive experiences. He also built the studio’s Instagram community (@miragemotionpictures), which has grown organically to over 100,000 followers through curated collaborations with digital artists worldwide.

Co-founder, 3D Generalist ArtistA graduate of Yıldız Technical University’s Faculty of Art and Design, Mehmet is a core part of Mirage’s creative team. As a 3D generalist, he handles modeling, animation, and builds detailed 3D environments, shaping our fictional worlds with both technical precision and creative flair.

Co-founder, VFX SupervisorAn Istanbul-based motion designer and compositing artist at Pixery, Hakan brings over 8 years of global advertising experience. His past projects have earned accolades from D&AD, ADC, Cannes Lions, and The One Show. At Mirage, he leads all visual effects, editing, and final production workflows across AV and film content.

Partner, Head of OperationsAfter managing high-end hospitality venues such as Nicole, Soho House, and W Hotel, Bora transitioned into large-scale event operations. He has overseen the international operations for international events including Cirque du Soleil, Daydream, and Arcadia. At Mirage, he is responsible for all operational logistics and execution.
